Short Poems About Flowers

I enjoy writing poems…just not sure if i’m good at it..?
Okay, well heres a poem ive wrote about summer. Just short and simple but please if you have any tips tohelp improve the writing please let me know….here it is.
The thin breeze blows as children play and laughter shakes throughout the city. Bunnies and flowers settle down on their beds in the sky…fluffy and white, settled above the lights.
Water droplets fly as they shoot onto the windshields of muddy white cars revealing a shine not seen, in a long time.
Rays of sunlight cover the earth with its blazing hotness, and beautiful rainbows reflect of the clear blue lakes, as fishies swim and rivers burst with a cry as the partiers fly off ropes, into a dive, causing splashes of fun.
All of these signs can only mean…one thing… the beautiful season of Summer.
How is it? any advice?
divide the sentences into lines, which lets the reader reflect on everything you’re saying without rushing to read the whole sentence.. and get rid of words that are not needed and make subtle changes:
thin breezes blow while children play
and laughter shakes throughout the city
bunnies and flowers settle down
on white beds in the sky
then get rid of the last line.. let the reader figure out that it’s about summertime.. don’t try to explain everything
